Crystal Bruce, CMP, brings over two decades of experience organizing meetings and events across the nonprofit, government, association, and corporate sectors. Her portfolio spans everything from intimate executive gatherings of ten to large-scale national conferences welcoming 4,000 attendees.
Before founding FairWind Meetings & Events, Crystal served as Assistant Vice President of Meetings and Conventions at Raymond James Financial Services, where she directed eight annual programs. She earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2006 through the Convention Industry Council — the industry's premier credential.
Crystal graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business Administration, and has been an active member of Meeting Professionals International since 2003, serving on multiple committees and in leadership roles.
